World literature is paying increasing attention to the long-term course of COVID-19 and symptoms that appear after acute coronavirus infection. The symptoms, functional state lungs, X-ray changes are assessed. Nevertheless, post-COVID lung histology has not been described yet. aim this article study pathological in lungs COVID-19. Methods. We analyzed autopsy material from 19 deceased who had average age was 68.82 ± 14.6 years. All patients were found have IgG SARS-CoV-2. median time death following viral interstitial pneumonia 72 days. Results. causes thrombotic complications (infarctions various organs venous thrombosis) analyzed. Histological examination revealed thrombosis small pulmonary arteries capillaries interalveolar septa, microinfarctions, hemorrhages, foci organizing pneumonia, nonspecific pneumonia. Conclusion. first assessment histological human showed most common pathologic microcirculation disorders combined with areas damage. obtained data essential for understanding pathogenesis syndrome, necessitate diagnostic microvasculature using laboratory tests, scintigraphy, CT imaging, as well search therapeutic strategies.
